Our company was incorporated in 1986 with the coming together of a group of young chemical engineers with a desire to apply their ideas and skills to productive industrial activity by employing the latest technologies for manufacture of drug, dye and pesticide intermediates in india.

Having set up a well equipped analytical laboratory with gc, HPLC, spectrophotometer and pilot plant with autocalves, hydrogenator, glass-lined vessels many other processes for commercial manufacture of drugs, dyes, pesticides intermediates and photographic developers have since been developed.

The company went into commercial production of many of the in-house developed items at sinnar, just 180 kms from bombay. The emphasis has always been on delivering the best quality and maintaining a reliable supply. Our products have been accepted by local consumers as being equivalent to those supplied by international manufacturers.

Present activities:

Today, the company manufactures, in its multi-purpose manufacturing facility, a range of mono- and di-alkylated amines like ethylated and methylated toluidines, cyclohexylamines, piperazines; intermediates for the photographic, drug and dye industries. The company has the distinction of being the only manufacturer, in india, of many of these products.
